 Can I return or exchange my order?

Currently Zeezen Jewelry doesn't accept return or exchange for the item but we offer a 2 years warranty for the item to be repair or replace. But  the customer can not assert a claim for damages or a compensation due to defective goods where covered by the following:
- Damage caused by improper or improper use, accidents or violence
- Theft, loss, natural disasters
- Wear and natural aging
- Defects after intervention by third parties

If a defect is discovered, the customer must immediately contact zeezenjewerly@gmail.com.

Service and repairs:
We provide our customers with comprehensive repair and service.

How long does it take to get my order?

Since all pieces are handmade to order, all orders are produced and shipped within 7 – 10 business days or less. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Does Zeezen Jewelry ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
